Shipping and Processing

Conscious consumption is a key tenet of ours, so to minimize waste all items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be prepared to ship. We currently ship to the US and Canada. Shipping time varies based on your location and shipping speed.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any problems with your order please send an email to shopdeargertrude@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

Condition of Handmade Items

Dear Gertude items are made in small batches. Due to the medium and handmade nature of the items, minor imperfections or inconsistencies may appear such as very small bubbles, color variance from screen or minor marks. Rest assured that each item has been tested for quality before being shipped and that you are wearing a piece of art as no two pieces are the same.

 

Care Information

Earrings can be cleaned using a damp cloth.The pieces are ultra lightweight and durable, however they should be handled with care. Do not wear in water and do not attempt to bend earrings.
